Double Check Your Day, Time & Location

Your confirmation email has details about your lesson day, time and location.

Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early

Please arrive early. Lessons start promptly at their scheduled times.

Dress for Success

Athletic clothes only. No jeans, zippers or jewelry should be worn during lessons. Bring a water bottle!

What to wear?

Athletic Clothes. No Jeans, zippers or jewelry. Outside sneakers must be clean if worn during the lessons.

How long of a lesson should I choose?

For individuals or duos, either 30 or 60 minutes is recommended. Larger groups typically require 1 hour or more.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please allow 24 hours notice for any cancelations or rescheduling. Same day cancelations will be charged in full.

How does billing work?

Pay for services in person at the time of your lesson, or by using Venmo.

Can I stay and watch?

Parents are always welcome to observe lessons. Window or video viewing is typically available from the lobby.

Can I arrive early to stretch?

Stretching is typically done at the beginning of our lesson. Arriving early does not guarantee stretching early.
